My name is Cesar Yanez, this channel is my personal journey in real estate. I started this channel to share some of the things that are working for me to generate and close business as a realtor. I am far from being an expert in this business, but look up my track record, I consistently close 10-20 deals a year and $10-$20 Million in Volume each year. What I share will help you reach the same amount of success. If you are looking to do more than this, emulate what agents who are closing more volume and units are doing. I too, am looking to do more and get better.
