Wind Shift Studios is an independent recording studio based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Our philosophy is to keep it clean and simple, and create a space where solo artists can perform and improvise to explore new ideas. Recordings are video filmed and published on YouTube.
Wind Shift Studios is owned and managed by Jonathan Wichmann. The studio has a windy ambience, hence the name, which is also a reference to Wallace Stevens' poem "The Wind Shifts". Stevens is a long time hero of the owner.
