Beerwolf formed in Redfern in 2016 mostly as an excuse to hole up at the pub opposite the hallowed Troy Horse studios (RIP). The bands new record, Common Grief, is coming out late 2023 via Resist Records (Parkway Drive, Polaris, Mindsnare) and provides a somewhat more sour washdown of society as a whole. It follows on from 2019’s Year Of The Dog and 2017’s Post Youth Crisis with tours and gigging alongside Deez Nuts, Pennywise, Millencolin and The Bronx. The internationally accepted Beerwolf recipe combines 30ml classic Nitro Records energy, 15ml of Jade Tree melody and 60ml of Bridge Nine aggression, shaken and poured over rocks, like your life.
