Welcome to Surrealist Savant. I’m Eric Basler, the Director of this modular music collective. This project is the culmination of a 35-year journey, transforming dusty basement tapes and ancient musical ideas into high-fidelity soundscapes through a unique hybrid of human heritage and AI innovation. Surrealist Savant is a "Human-in-the-Loop" experiment. I act as the architect and producer, using AI as a world-class session band to finally realize the complex visions that have lived in my head for decades. This isn't a facade, it's a bridge.
