Jeroen is a versatile saxophonist who has worked with Brussels Philharmonic, the Belgian National Orchestra, Circus Ronaldo, Sammy Slabbinck, Jesse Vandamme, Bart Van Caenegem and Casco Phil. In his own projects, Duo Vanbever–Heytens and Núna Ensemble, Jeroen blends classical music with jazz, film music, pop, and world music. He is drawn to clarity, simplicity and the spaces in between genres. Each of these projects and experiences has shaped Jeroen’s artistic voice and led to the creation of his first solo project, Impressions.
