With Unplugged NYC our goal is to fill the void for Urban singers and songwriters looking to congregate for the purposes of artistic development and discovery. This songwriter series is produced and curated by music industry professionals, whose mission is to encourage COMMUNITY over competition. Unplugged NYC provides a platform for songwriters and musicians of all levels to hone their craft and network with industry professionals in attendance. Each showcase allows artists to perform songs solo or alongside the Unplugged NYC Band. While our showcase welcomes all artists, this series is catered to devoted music lovers who still create, support, and appreciate live original music.
