INGENIUM ENSEMBLE is a mixed vocal group of six young experienced singers from Ljubljana (Slovenia). The group was founded in autumn 2009. Since then they had numerous concerts and performances in their homeland and abroad. The group has achieved top results at international competitions. At the Bad Ischl competition, they became absolute winners in the categories of sacred music and free program. At the International A Cappella Competition in Leipzig, they received the audience award and a special recognition for the best unamplified a cappella group and the best performed unamplified song. At Polifonico in Arezzo, the group won in the vocal group and Renaissance music categories, while at the Tolosa competition, they took first place in the secular category and received the audience award.
