“Imaginary Forces” is a contemporary fantasy story with a strong late 80s/90s influence. The group comradery and secret mythology undertones of Stranger Things mixed with the troubled life situation and temporary powers of Shazam! Characters learn how to deal with mental illness when imaginary forces become reality. The screenplay is an award winner at the 2019 Canada Independent Film Festival and a finalist at the Canadian Diversity Film Festival.
