The Black Rose Acoustic Society produces music concerts, classes, and jams in the Colorado Springs area. All handmade, acoustic-music genres are welcome, including folk, bluegrass, Gypsy jazz, Celtic, Americana, blues, and many more. On the 2nd and 4th Fridays of each month, we meet for our main shows in the intimate, log-cabin community center in the Black Forest, just north of the Colorado Springs. We offer low-cost music classes in the spring and fall of each year, along with weekly jams around the area. We also produce special concerts for national and international artists throughout the year. The Black Rose Acoustic Society is proud to be in its 4th decade of serving the roots-music community in the Front Range area. It is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization.
