The Black Rose Acoustic Society promotes live, acoustic-music concerts, classes, and jams in the Colorado Springs area. All music genres are welcome, including folk, bluegrass, Gypsy jazz, Celtic, Americana, and many more. The Rose produces intimate concerts in the log-cabin community center in the Black Forest north of the Colorado Springs on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month. It offers low-cost music classes in the spring and fall of each year, along with weekly jams. The Society also produces special concerts for national and international artists throughout the year. The Black Rose Acoustic Society is proud to be in its 4th decade of serving the roots-music community in the Front Range area. It is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization.
