AlphaWhores are an alternative metal / fuzz duo from Panama, Central America formed by Massiel Pinzón and Juan Carlos García de Paredes. AlphaWhores will release their second album, 'You Can Come Out Now', on June 13th 2025, preceded by new singles 'Pirate Mode' and 'Beautiful Music, Awful Person' and 'Bloodsport'. AlphaWhores released their debut album, ‘I’ (“one”), in Jan. 2024 on Juan Carlos’s Editoris label, preceded by the singles ‘Same Team’, ‘Raw Nerve’, and ‘GTO.’ With limited promotion the album has spread organically via word of mouth in the metal community worldwide. On the band’s name, they say: “Our name is a play on words from the Spanish word alfajores, which are pastries very common in South America. It's just a joke for whoever gets it. Not trying to be edgy, rather just silly." AlphaWhores did their first headline tour in Europe in Feb / March 2025 - 17 dates across Germany, Austria, Denmark and the UK.
