Website-specific videos by John-Robin Bold which use YouTube as an artistic medium. Many of these videos are made to be interactive by using features of YouTube in unusual ways - to discover this, see the playlists and video descriptions. 'Audio Library of a Viewable' is an ongoing YouTube video art project that is inspired by finding YouTube's own audio library. Available yet almost hidden in YouTube Studio since 2014, it contains over 4000 sound files that are ordered into 20 different categories from Alarms to Weather. I wonder how often we all heard these sounds unknowingly in countless videos.
