Revolution were an alternative rock band active until 2011. During their time, they played venues across the UK, including regular headline slots at venues across London such as the Astoria 2, Camden Underworld, Dublin Castle and The Garage. They also headlined the Kuwaitstock music festival in 2009, returning again in 2010. They played a number of music festivals and supported bands including Idlewild, The Feeling, The Subways and Eighties Matchbox B-Line Disaster. During their time Revolution recorded several EPs, including their final EP recorded and engineered by Nick Brine (Rockfield Studios) at Leeders Farm, run by Dan Hawkins from The Darkness. Their second, self titled EP was recorded by Amy MacDonald producer Joe Fields, and their breakout EP recorded at Riverside Studios near Bath.
