My name is Chef Christina and my dream is to have my own cooking show! I have always had a passion for cooking and eating delicious food. (I watched cooking shows rather than cartoons as a child:) As a young adult, I found myself in a career in insurance where I spent most of my time daydreaming about cooking. One day, I mustered up enough courage to leave insurance and enroll in culinary school.....and I haven't looked back! My four year old daughter London is my pride and joy! She is very enthusiastic about my dream and proud that her mommy is a chef. I am on my journey to pursue my dream becoming a reality with the help of my very talented brother who happens to be a photographer. I am having a blast so far and very optimistic of what the future will bring! You only live once, right? With hard work and lots of prayers, the sky really is the limit! Look out foodies.....here I come!
