Team Kool Katz was founded in 2008 by Alphy Gutierrez. We are a small mixed martial arts team but we have many strong warriors and are a very close family. We have a stress, ego, and disrespectful free building. Our environment is welcoming as well as comforting. Overall our mission is to introduce as many people as possible to mixed martial arts and show them that it is a great way to release any built up emotions. Our program is free! With no catch and anyone is welcome to come. We mainly focus on grappling but we have our occasional stand up training. The gym consists of a sparing mat, multiple stand up bags/punching bags, weight sets, and work out machines. Even though we mainly focus on grappling the bags are there for a reason as well as the equipment, for your to express yourself.
