Most people call me Ro. And when I do Zumba(R), it's Zumba with Ro. I'm licensed for Zumba Fitness(R) and Zumba Gold(R). I'm also Certified in La Blast, professional Dancer Louis Van Amstel's dance fitness program based on 'real dancing'. Like you'd see on Dancing with the Stars. And that's my passion-I love to dance. I try to use 'real dance' moves in all my choreo, as well as get you to use every part of your body, while engaging your mind and spirit! If I can help someone keep moving, stay young, stay young at heart, and be happy for at least 1 hour a day, then my mission is accomplished. I never like to watch Videos of me, but I'm grateful to those who do. If you can get 1/2 as much inspiration from these, as I get from many of you, then I'm wistfully happy!
