Asheba is a children’s, musical storyteller specializing in calypso, the folkloric, oral tradition of Trinidad, Asheba’s homeland. Stories of hope and happiness are the focus of his music, ranging from playful, interactive originals, to contemporary remakes of classics such as: ‘Itsy Bitsy Spider’, ‘Five Little Monkeys’, ‘Twinkle Twinkle Little Star,’ and ‘You Are My Sunshine’. While focusing on children, his music appeals to ALL ages, abilities and backgrounds. You’ll find kids, their parents and grandparents alike, singing and dancing to his spirited, Caribbean flavor. All tracks on his albums are available for digital download and several are on video.
