The Clinical Audit is an independent, evidence-led investigation into data governance, spoliation, and clinical blinding within the NHS. Our current series focuses on St George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, analyzing the forensic metadata behind missing records, bypassed primary care oversight, and unassessed clinical risks. All investigations are supported by primary source documentation (SAR exports, operator logs, and internal Trust correspondence). Evidence bundles are available for regulatory and journalistic review.
