As you come across here, you might already know how useful being aware is. Also, knowing that to develop awareness, continual practice is a must.
This channel is to motivate me, myself, and hopefully, you as well. To keep frequently, consistently, and diligently cultivating self-awareness.
No matter what technique we use. If it works to develop the quality of awareness. Let’s awake awareness together. ˙ᵕ˙
Note :
The technique I use is Luangpor Teean's technique, the technique of cultivating self-awareness. It is to practice by being aware of the rhythmic movement of the body, one movement at a time. Practice the rhythmic movement continuously like a chain.
Do not sit still. Move rhythmically all the time. One can sit in any position or on a chair, stand, or lie down.
Do not need the eyes to be closed.
Do not concentrate. Practice with ease. Let thoughts arise freely, do not suppress them.
