The Authentic Rachel Fisher
Real advice, admissions, admonitions, and abuse of alliteration from a 2-time cancer and entrepreneurship survivor. I helped build and sell a company, helped build the company that ate ours until it became a Unicorn, got my Wharton MBA, and jumped back into startup, only bigger this time. Oh, and in 2008 I was diagnosed with a really rare form of cancer and went through the whole she-bang: major surgery, chemo, the whole nine yards. In 2017 I found out the beast was back. Even more major surgery. Hiked the Narrows in Zion (just a wee bit of it) 2 months later.
I’m a great success and a failure. I’m a tremendously generous person and a selfish asshole. I’m a learner and a teacher. And I hope that the things I share bring you value, or at least entertain.
