ermanø is an electronic duo that produces and performs IDM music with analog and modular synthesizers based in Rotterdam. Their music is characterized by heavy beats, silky arpeggiators, ambient reverbs and deep basses. The band is currently working on releasing two new EPs. The first EP Heliosphere (mid-May release) features two tracks and videos made in collaboration with two visual artists. The second EP will be a selection of tracks from their Five Minute Session live YouTube videos. Coming from two different continents, the two musicians still found a lot of common ground to create their electronic music and break free from their conservatory jazz studies. ermanø has performed in several festivals and venues such as Weelde, De Geheime Tuin and the Circusstad Festival. They are scheduled to perform for the first time in ADE this year.
