Dj Jay's real name Jean originally from Savigny le Temple in Seine et Marne (France). This is after being introduced with his two brothers in hip hop culture specifically to Break Dance at the age of 17 years that Jay decides to get involved in this new culture. Jay’s incorporates the latest generation of Xlaw (Break Dance Group), where he will travel to Europe for performances. Dance, trigger, takes Jay's to discover the world of deejing.
Jay's hugely inspired from Old School hip hop, especially the 70’s, He is very influenced by DJs such as Afrika Bambatta, DJ Jazzy Jeff, DJ Premier and also by producers like Pete Rock, Dr. Dre. Listening remains current with internationals artists.
Often involved in battles Hip Hop dance with his group Xlaw, Dj jay's crosses styles hip hop, house, dance hall, trap music... In addition, Jay's occupies production studios and scenes along with rappers.
