So glad you're here! 18 Inches Down is all about dropping into heart-centered living. It is symbolic of the distance between the head and the heart. The distance between the hardship of ego and the ease of heart-centered flow. We are a community of people who are awakening and expanding together, moving from egoic conditioning to heart-centered consciousness.
