Have you ever had a passion for something that stirred within your soul? I play the piano because it is how I show my soul to others. The music you hear me play is a gift. When I sit down and create, I feel as close in spirit to God as I may ever feel on this Earth. The music that comes out is beyond what I could ever imagine composing and know that I am not the ultimate creator of these songs. I put my name after them only so I can tell you they are not mine but from my Creator who wishes you to be blessed by the beauty that can be achieved on this earth.
My father escaped from Russia with his family at the age of six and immigrated to the United States.
My mother played the piano and accordion at church. She introduced me to the piano at the age of six. I was a terrible student and never learned to read a score for piano, but I did love the power and emotion it created within me. I thank them both for the love they showed and the values they instilled in me.
