After 25 years of a life of addiction and prison I finally decided enough was enough. Using this channel I hope to share my journey of self development through working a 12 step programme, engaging in psychotherapy and finding God. If you are trapped in addiction or a hopeless way of life I urge you get involved in a 12 step fellowship, get a sponsor and work through the steps. I now live a life free from addiction and recently I celebrated the anniversary of my first year sober. If I can do it anyone can.
