USA Surfing is the Official International Surfing Association recognized National Federation for Surfing in the United States with the rights and responsibilities to govern surfing in all its' forms. The International Surfing Association (ISA) is recognized by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) as the World Governing Authority for Surfing, Stand Up Paddling, Prone Paddling, Bodyboarding, and Surfriding.
