For over one-hundred years Electrohome® has been a leading manufacturer of quality electronic products. From home entertainment, including radios, TVs and music centers, to fine furniture and household appliances, including microwaves and alarm clocks, Electrohome® has been welcomed into homes around the world for generations. The company began in 1907 in Kitchener, Ontario when Arthur Bell Pollock produced Canada's first hornless phonograph, known today as record players. Driven by vision and a desire to create what's different, successive generations of the Pollock family went on to produce the first color TV sets in Canada, supply Atari® with screens for video games such as Pac-Man, and provide the monitors on which Cape Canaveral watched Space Shuttle Columbia launch the first Canadarm.
