Electric Dragon is an alternative rock band from Sofia, Bulgaria, fusing 8-bit chiptunes, heavy guitar riffs, groovy beats, hip-hop, and animated vocals into a sound that’s uniquely their own. Since forming in 2005, they’ve built a reputation for their unpredictable energy and genre-blending creativity.
Their latest album, Dark Dragon Rises (2022), received critical acclaim, with The Moshville Times calling it "as well put-together as a major label release… impressively creative." Since 2025, they have released three singles in their native language: TDK (They Don’t Know), Hydora, and MyGrain.
Known for high-energy live shows, Electric Dragon has rocked clubs and festivals across Bulgaria, including Tattoo Fest Sofia, Graffiti Fest Sofia, Fête de la Musique, We Are Going To Maglizh and September Sun. They’ve also shared the stage with (Hed) P.E. and Dropout Kings.
