Married to my best friend & Mom to an amazing son! Animal lover! Heart transplant recipient in 2006 @ 16 years old Gastroparesis fighter Just wanting to share a space where love and happiness is abundant! My entire childhood into my early 20's, I searched for acceptance and approval in the people around me. Until I came to understand, it's best to find those things in yourself, not others. After learning that, I promised to never place my happiness in anyone else's hands, ever again. I have always tried to be a safe space for anyone who may need me. I truly enjoy knowing that my closest friends and family can come to me, even if it's just a for listening ear. I guess you can say I try to be what I wish I had growing up. But now that I'm older I realized there are just as many broken adults as there are children.
