They train us in the medical field not to think of children as small adults because their bodies react differently to situations than adults do and their bodies aren't in the same shape or proportions as adults. We are told to think of them as small, misshapen adults. So it is in nature. Small things don't behave the same as objects we're use to interacting with on a regular basis. In fact, on the quantum level behavior can begin to seem so bizarre that it seems all reason, logic and intuition must be thrown out the window. This fascinates me. With the plethora of information available to even the most amateur hobbyist, I think we can have a lot of fun discussing, experimenting and demonstrating some many wonderful things in the quantum by simply using light.
