Culture and the Arts play a vital role that is geared towards the development of a country, like the Philippines. To sustain and establish a greater collaboration and communication in expressing cultural artistry, creativity, and identity, the Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges, as the only SUC in the Rinconada, upholds its commitment to serve the community in the preservation, development, and promotion of Philippine culture and arts, particularly in the Rinconada area. Thus, a governing body, Center for Rinconada Culture and the Arts, with the partnership and collaboration of other existing related agencies, the implementation of culture and arts program shall manifest along with engaging curricular instructions and innovations, relevant researches, demand-driven, and research-based extension programs, and production of entrepreneurial development activities. With this endeavor, the Center shall be the avenue to enhance the presence of the culture and the arts in Rinconada area.
