Hey there! My name is Mark Calaminici and I'm a home cook.
Food is full of fun, love and tradition and I hope to bring all that to this channel. I will be sharing all types of recipes, but pasta and sandwiches are my favourite to make. Most recipes will take inspiration from Italian cuisine - my family background. It may be a traditional recipe, a variation or something that I came up with myself. I want to get you in the kitchen cooking and maybe we can have a few laughs along the way.
