Drink and Know Stuff is adult beverage education with a twist. We focus on bringing you fun reviews and live classes. We will tell you about everyday beverages you can get in your grocery store to very high-end special bottles. We will also cover food, travel, and fun! Our educator, Brook Ray, has been teaching adult beverage education around the world for more than 15 years. She has certifications from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust, The Court of Master Sommeliers, The Society of Wine Educators, is a Certified Bordeaux Tutor, Certified by The Wine Academy of Spain, and is currently working on her Master of Champagne through the Wine Scholar Guild. BUT, that doesn't mean you're in for any snobbery. Brook's take on education is casual and FUN. She believes in the nose in the glass, not in the air.
