Peter continues a varied career as flute player, digital product designer, charity trustee, and software engineer. Peter has been guided in his flute playing by Ian Denley, David Butt, and Paul Edmund-Davies, and is now principal flute with the Ealing Symphony Orchestra and Oxford Chamber Orchestra. Peter has been guided in his flute and flute gadget making by Dr Robert Bigio. After reading music at Somerville College, Oxford University, Peter began a varied career alongside his music-making. He was responsible for designing one of the world’s first music download services; has been Technology Director of a large media company; worked on a Harry Potter project; has a Children’s TV series on the BBC; and gre his own digital media & technology agency based in Covent Garden, London before selling it in 2020.
