Centre for Textile Functions (CTF) started in 2007 as an integral part of the Shirpur textile industry with the great vision of Shri Amrish R. Patel (Chancellor SVKM’s NMIMS Deemed to be University). CTF plays a vital role in providing quality education to rural youth and creates job opportunities. CTF is the only institute in India that has started as an integral part of the textile industry. It receives huge support from the textile industries to develop skilled and multi-tasking technocrats. The NMIMS offer a four-year B.Tech (Textile) & Three years Diploma in Textile Technology Course to produce technically sound engineers as per the industry requirements.
