Old Met Standee

I started going to the Metropolitan Opera as a standee in November of 1963, when I was 15 years old. I have been collecting recordings since 1960 (mainly Studio recordings at that time). Over the years have built up a sizeable library of live performances -- many of them quite rare. Several months ago I happened upon an opera of interest to me on YouTube that had been posted 17 years earlier!!! That lead me to decide that I wanted to leave an archive of some of these performances for future - and present - opera lovers to enjoy. A very large percentage of the recordings are already available on YouTube. My goal is to upload performances that are not available on YouTube at the time of my posting or offer upgrades to existing titles.
