Hi, I'm George, and I created this channel to keep me accountable and to provide a step-by-step vlog of what I am doing to tackle my weight problem and get to a healthy weight. I am 43, 5-ft 10-in, and my starting weight is 388.2 lbs.
I have struggled with my weight since grade school and have reached a highest recorded weight of 425.6 lbs on March 17, 2016. I have tried a number of weight loss programs and while I have been successful at losing weight with most of them, none of them seem as effective or long term as one meal a day (OMAD).
Join me as I follow the OMAD form of intermittent fasting to reach my goal weight. I upload my weekly weigh-in video every Monday with occasional bonus videos throughout the week.
