EZ Referral Network is a tool that allows a salesperson to easily network to their friends and family, while the dealership track and monitors all activity. A salesperson electronically signs up, via either a smart phone or computer, referral agents (aka bird dogs) to refer customers to them. For every lead that gets sold, the referral agent earns a fee which is determined by the dealer.
