Tools, Tools and more Tools! Vintage tools - collected, refurbished and restored. From Spanners to Hammers, Sockets to pliers. Some tools are rusty, some are seized, some are almost beyond hope, but that's the fun of restoring old hand tools! Although a mega fan of vintage British tools and Made in England, I also love tools from around the world: USA, Germany, Spain, France, Sweden and Japan to name but a few. Tools that have character, and history and that could tell a few stories. Heirloom Tools or preloved vintage tools that have found their way onto auction sites; or as bargains at flea markets, garage sales, car boot sales, auto jumbles and second hand stores. Some are classic wood working tools, some are precision engineering tools and some are auto mechanic tools. DIY tools for plumbing, electrics and household repairs are included. Old vintage tools also carry lots of manufacturing history and some might say were made properly. Restoring keeps a little piece of history.
