War Dance is a metal band from Athens Greece.
Having classic heavy metal bands as a basis and mixing influences from a broad spectrum of musical styles (classic rock, film scores, instrumental music) and Greek traditional music, all filtered through the unique perspective of the band, they create an epic and powerful feeling as well as a cinematic and grandiose atmosphere in every song.
They started in March 2010 and they have released one promo cd (2011) and two full length albums:
Wrath For The ages (2015) and Sons Of Thunder (2023).
The artwork for both albums is made by the world renowned artist Ioannis.

They have also appeared live supporting some of the greatest bands of the style they play
