The NGO and Civil Society Center (NGOC) is the focal point for the Asian Development Bank's institutional interactions and communications with civil society organizations across Asia and the Pacific. NGOC facilitates ADB's partnership with civil society organizations (CSOs), inclusive of NGOs, youth organizations, trade unions, faith-based groups, and professional organizations, to co-create and deliver quality development solutions to solve the region’s complex challenges. Effective, proactive strategic communications are essential to strengthening these partnerships, ensuring mutual understanding, trust, and sustained engagement between ADB and civil society.
