Our clinic provides Family Therapy, Couples and Relationship Therapy, Individual Therapy for ages 7+, Play Therapy, and Parent Coaching.. We also offer in person appointments, as well as virtual, and our goal is to provide tailored supports for all of our patients. Some of the modalities (approaches) that we use include: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Mindfulness Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT) Dialectic Behavioural Therapy (DBT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) In the end, the approach that works the best is what is used. It is common in a single session to have multiple modalities employed.
