tinef was a berlin based rock band founded in 2006 by David Dwier (Vocals & Guitar) and Miro Böhm (Guitar).
Later on Stefan Hergenröther joined as drummer and Milan Krepel as bass player.
The first concert took place at the Bastard Club in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg and was a total disaster.
In 2007 the band took part at the Emergenza Festival and made it to the semi-finals. After that the recordings for the first album "Fear Free Room" started and the CD was released in May 2008.
During the years tinef performed at various stages including the LIDO, Knaack, SO36, K19, Acud, Zosch, Lokhallen, Junction Bar, Privatclub, Maxim, Feuerwache, Krachgarten, Weisse Rose and Wabe.
In 2010 Miro and Milan left the band and Daniel Bär joined as a bass player. While the most songs were written in that late years, live performances were little.
In 2011 tinef decided to go "unplugged" replacing drums with a cajon and playing acoustic instruments instead. Besides that the band's classic songs were recorded
