Monks Inc. (formerly known as Retrofied), is a Hindi Soulful/Experimental/Indie Rock Band of India. The motto is to compose/cover music by blending the flavours of the past with the present to create an alternative listening experience. Our Songs and Lyrics talks about life, human nature with a hint of our own philosophy and perspective towards the world, expressed rightfully through the melody which soothes and holds your soul. Monks Incorporated is a 5 piece band, with a new line up and upgraded flavor of music. A combo of Power and Melody in vocals and harmonies, crispy guitar lines, groovy and bumpy bass lines, hard hitting and tight drum beats and last but not the least, surrounding and expanding synth and electronic fusion, makes our compositions mass appealing.
