Hi, We are Carol and Hana, a Mum and Daughter team working together to try to improve ours and your quality of life. We film exercises, workouts and stretches in a tiny space so that you can do them at home too. We’ve adapted these exercises so that they’re more achievable by providing different levels so when you are ready you can keep improving.
I have 30 years of experience in the Fitness Industry and I’ve been through some life changing injuries where I’ve had to build my body back from the basics. And my daughter Hana is here too. We upload new videos twice a week. So come and join us and let us know what you like!
