I play bass with The Oceanfront Band. This is my personal channel. This is definitely not the official channel of The Oceanfront Band. I video sometimes when I'm learning new songs, practicing show sets or just fooling around in my little studio. These videos are for quality control on myself, to remind me how I play some of these as I have to learn a lot of songs and just for fun. If they help others that is great too. I recommend good headphones or speakers and turn it up! Equipment: Fender 5 string basses, Peavey Max Bass 112 amp, Cannon Camcorder and Sennheiser or JBL headphones. I pipe the original video sound from my PC into the aux input on the amp and then split the headphone out jack to my headphones and camcorder. Stand in front of the camera and just play through the song. No tricks, overdubs etc. I then mix the video of me playing with the original video I played along with in Pinnacle Studio. Enjoy!
