Douglas Kenney and Andrew McPhee are quite the duo for interviewing people, be it ordinary or celebrity. Having been friends as coach, mentor, and client since late-2015, Doug and Andy are the faces of R&U, and KM-Vision. In what is very arguably the greatest stories in the history of the 21st century, Doug had serious problems that he overcame, with autism, ADHD, and Bipolar Type II. His struggles with his health and in his personal life nearly destroyed his future. Connecting with Andy McPhee (R&U and Vic Sifton (SFM Motorsports) were the key to a good life. Meanwhile, Andy had a similar journey as Doug. Andy went from having severe anger problems, to being a wrestler and professional actor in Hollywood. Both of their journeys brought them together in late-2015, when Doug's brother, Harrison, pulled out of mentorship with Andy.
