Kappa Phi Lambda National Sorority, Inc. was established on March 9, 1995 with the pillars of Sisterhood, Service, and Cultural Diversity. Since then, Kappa Phi Lambda has become one of the fastest growing and strongest Asian American-interest sororities in the nation.
The Colony at University of South Florida was founded on November 14, 2015 with the ideal that "one size does not fit all." As one of the only two Asian-interest sororities in USF's Multicultural Greek Council, Kappas strive to strengthen sisterhood amongst all women while celebrating our diverse heritages and academic excellence.
