Hello! I want to welcome you to my channel of growth. My name is Shayla and I created my channel sort of not intentionally. I wanted to see how it actually worked and so I recorded a video with thoughts that I would be the only one to view and then edit it. Whelp, I was totally wrong and here I am today editing my description! I went through with designing and building my channel in hopes to inspire others. I want to encompass a little of everything. I don't want to just post, but share and motivate others to join me as I push through my journey in nursing, fitness, and develop myself. I believe KNOWLEDGE IS POWER...but LOVE IS FREE! In my eyes, that is the key to success! A healthy combination of both love and any form of knowledge I believe keeps an individual whole mentally, spiritually, and physically. Finding & spreading my happiness with you is a part of the journey I decided to embark on and I would love to have as many people possible join me along the way!
