I was born in Poland and graduated in Computer Science in 2012 — from a university you’ve never heard of. My first job was making websites that had to work on Internet Explorer 6, earning about $1,200 a month.
Like many software engineers, I dreamed of moving to Silicon Valley, but without an elite degree or access to the U.S. job market, the highest-paid tech roles were out of reach. I knew I had to find another way.
After seven years of trial and error — working at startups, SMEs, enterprises, and even a millionaire’s pet project — I finally cracked the system. I landed my first job paying over $10K a month.
Today, I live in Dubai, work remotely as a software engineer earning over $200K per year, and enjoy the kind of financial freedom I once thought was reserved for Silicon Valley elites.
Now, I help mid-to-senior engineers follow in my footsteps.
