I joined YouTube as a very young girl and mostly used my Monster High dolls and Littlest Pet Shop to tell stories. As I got a bit older I was Inspired by the animation community and all of the trends they were doing at the time. With no art skills or animation tools of my own I used my favorite anime figures to recreate these memes in stop motion. I attracted an audience from these videos, but what I really wanted to do was tell stories with my toys. With no audience for what I really wanted to produce I felt discouraged and tried to do more stop motions. Quickly I was burnt out from YouTube, and with no motivation to even say goodbye I abandoned my childhood channel.
I'm currently in film school now, I plan to use this channel as an archive to show my progress in learning production. I don't expect anyone to watch anymore, but maybe something here will inspire you to experiment with your creativity like I have. Thank you for watching, Selahlater :)
